BIO
Francisco Rojas (1996) is a Spanish freelance musician based in Antwerp, Belgium.His career spans chamber music, orchestral performance, and contemporary repertoire, and he also runs his own private music studio.He is a member of several chamber music ensembles, including Quinteto Glauka, Dúo D'aujourd'hui, and Anima Duo—with whom he has received multiple chamber music awards and performed at numerous festivals.As an artist, he is drawn to exploring the boundaries between performer and audience, often inviting participation as part of his performances. He also leads creative projects across disciplines, including the production of a podcast.Francisco began his studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Music "Victoria Eugenia" in Granada and completed his bachelor’s degree at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. He went on to earn a master’s degree at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp, followed by an advanced master’s in contemporary music at KASK & Conservatorium, where he was part of the ICTUS Ensemble Academy.(Paco is his short name, but actually that's how he likes to be called).
